Kate works very hard in highlighting all matters environmental and promotes change from highly processed foods back to organic as nature intended. 

Healthy lifestyles and the importance of eating clean is vital and with “world progressions in industry” we are seeing huge rises in cancers etc a lot of which is due to the chemicals and processes used to create a world based on technologies, money, power and greed.

Kate is an advocate for all matters environmental and on her organic farm promotes the production of hemp, a crop for which Ireland has the perfect climate.
