Where to start - pollination?

We received this email.  Any guidance from other farmers welcome.

Hi Farming For Nature. My mane is Eamon, age 35 from wexford, I Recently done the green cert, and after getting 26 acres of good land off my mother, it is in corn and grass, and is leased for the year. I have never farmed land before, but i would like to start and give it a go. I was thinking of sowing flowers for the bees, and going the environmental side of it. I was wandering could you give me some ideas, as with the green cert it will help me.
