John Mc Hugh’s dairy and tillage farm consists of 230 acres. He has been farming organically since 2015. He practises holistic grazing and incorporates the principles of permaculture and agroforestry. Fruit and nut trees are being used to line access roadways and pastures are allowed to flower and seed to promote more diversity on the land. He has been a Farming for Nature ambassador since 2020.
